This approach brings new opportunities arising from the link between open access to scientific knowledge and innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/openscience.ibp.cz\/index.php\/open-acces\/\">Open Access<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/openscience.ibp.cz\/index.php\/open-data\/\">Open Data<\/a> are the key elements of Open Science.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Open Science is not precisely defined; the term covers many approaches and goals. The main idea is to achieve better scientific results through close collaboration and communication between researchers. The whole research process becomes easier and faster. Open access to results and the involvement of the general public in their production are integral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The main benefits of open science are:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Availability<\/strong> of scientific results that are reusable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transparency<\/strong>, which is a huge benefit to scientific integrity at all stages of the scientific process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reproducibility<\/strong> and thus more robust scientific results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Collaboration<\/strong>, which deepens many times over.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dissemination<\/strong> <strong>of results<\/strong> that is more <strong>efficient<\/strong> and faster.
